1) To cover the cost of materials and to secure the booking, we politely ask for a deposit upfront with the remaining balance to be paid either in instalments or upon completion, as per payment detail specified 2) Deposit is non refundable for bespoke products 3) Works carried out to existing products are at customers own risk 4) Installations involving products that are not supplied by River Home & Garden Improvements LTD are installed at customers own risk 5) Working area to be cleared prior to visit for survey and installation 6) Quote subject to final survey 7) Quote does not include decorating or making good unless specified otherwise 8) Quote valid for 28 days 9) All products supplied by River Home & Garden Improvements LTD are owned by River Home & Garden Improvements LTD until receipt of final balance 10) Disposal of existing products not included unless specified 11) Lead times are based on manufacturers advice and River Home & Garden Improvements LTD cannot be held responsible for any delays
